The whole property has been refurbished two years ago by a professional interior designer, with new and high quality furniture (personalised design and made to measure by professionals). Pantry-storage room under the stairs. Kitchen equipped with top brand appliances (Bosch fridge-freezer, Miele induction hob, Electrolux steam and air oven, Pando extractor hood, Balay washing machine) and almost new. No dishwasher. 40" Samsumg SmartTV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms and pre-installation in the other one; both with direct internet connection by ethernet cable. Internet by Fibre 300 Mbps and WiFi Mesh with coverage on both floors of the property. Underfloor heating with independent circuit and control for each of the two floors of the property. The heating and hot water are produced centrally by the community using natural gas. Next to the living room there is a gallery that maintains comfort in both summer and winter, followed by a 10 m2 west-facing terrace where you can enjoy both the sunsets and the beautiful views of the towers of the spectacular cathedral of Santiago de Compostela. Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
